Safety is our Priority.
We know that you are entrusting us with your most precious treasure. We have several layers of security so you can enjoy the service with total peace of mind.
Secure Check-In & Out: Every child is checked into our electronic system. You will receive a unique security tag that matches your child's. This tag must be presented to a teacher before your child is released at the end of service.
Background Checks: Every volunteer in our kids' department has passed a comprehensive background check and has been personally interviewed and vetted by our leadership team.
Two-Adult Rule: We ensure that no child is ever left alone with a single adult. Our classrooms always maintain a safe adult-to-child ratio to ensure every child is supervised.
Health & Wellness: To keep our environments clean and healthy for everyone, we ask that children who have had a fever or contagious illness within the last 24 hours remain with their parents.

Look for the Hiway Kids banner in the lobby! Our team will help you register your family, print your security tags, and walk you to your child’s classroom.
We recommend for new families to come 10 minutes early so you can check-in your little ones before service starts!

If your child needs your attention, we will text the phone number provided at check-in or display your unique security code on the screens in the main auditorium.

Absolutely! While we offer tailored programming for kids, families are always welcome to worship together in the main auditorium.
As well, we have a family room located at the back the auditorium if your little one needs a break.
